This oil is obtained by steam distillation from the needles and twigs of the Balsam Fir trees commonly found in Canada. The Balsam Fir Needle Oil is ideal for use in aromatherapy and is known to help chest colds, dry cough, and bronchial problems. This oil is also known to be warming and can be used in rubs for arthritis, rheumatism, and other forms of joint pain.
