Citronella Essential Oil, the Ceylon type, offers a warm woody, fresh grassy aroma. This oil is steam distilled from grass that is cultivated in Sri Lanka and is commonly used for scenting outdoor sprays, room sprays, and household products. Citronella is also known to be used as an insect repellant and aid insect bites and stings, fevers, and rheumatic pain. Due to essential oils being extremely concentrated, we do recommend diluting them with a carrier oil before applying it to your skin.
