This blend of Sandalwood contains oils derived from East and West India, Indonesia, Australia, and Africa, which together create a warm, sweet, and woodsy aroma. Unfortunately, due to the Indian Sandalwood tree being endangered, as well as the extensive mature time (30+ years) for the oil to be distilled from the tree, blends of multiple Sandalwoods have become more popular and assist in preserving the Indian Sandalwoods. This blend of oils is ideal to be used in aromatherapy to potentially rid coughs, bronchitis, and laryngitis and have been known to relieve muscle soreness and spasms. However, due to the essential oils being extremely concentrated, we recommend diluting them with a carrier oil before applying it to your skin.
