A deep pearl powder that imparts lasting color throughout the day. This shadow can be applied wet, the color will pop with brilliance, use a firm natural hair shadow brush.

	I got this as a sample when I purchased my 88 matte palette by Brittany from Miami, Fl on Feb 11, 2010
	I love using blue eye shadows so I was very excited when Coastal Scents gave me a sample of this. At first I thought the color was a bit light but that it had a great shine. I then used my Beach Glass gel liner as a base and it really made the shadow pop! The two products compliment each other VERY well. I highly recommend this shadow to any one who loves blues. It works very well alone and over a base.

	I got this as a sample and it definitely needs a base for the color to really pop and look dramatic. This color looks really cute with a shimmery black and nude lips!
