| I was not sure what to expect with this glitter after reading the reviews. The "hologram" effect is not the same as their silver hologram glitter. It has more orange/green colors to it and does not seem to be really black, but a very dark gray. This might be because of the colored glitter but I am not sure. It is still very pretty and completely different from the other glitters that I have tried. Also, my skin is a light color, so when worn the glitter does appear black. It only seems gray in the jar. I have not tried wearing it against black makeup, so perhaps I am wrong. I think this would be a neat glitter to use during halloween. | |

| In the picture it looks like a true dark black, not the case when you get it. I was disappointed, I wish they had a really dark sparkly black but this is more grayish, orangish... it's not very dark and not very sparkly but you can't beat the price so I'm not mad. Shipping was very fast and they included a sample i my order and a coupon for 10% off my next order. Excellent customer service. But if you're looking for a dark ture black sparkly glitter, this is not it. | |
