| needed a blending brush, shopped around and some are so expensive, figured i try this one and i love it. it did shed a few hairs when i washed it, but its good to go now. super soft, not pokey on the eyes. thought it would be too soft to pick up color, but it gets the job done! | |

| I wasn't ready to dish out like $30+ on a blending brush so I turned to Coastal Scents. I purchased this brush in hopes that it would be comparable to MAC's 217 brush since I wanted a smaller brush than my 224. Well, let me just say that I was somewhat disappointed with this one. When I started washing it, it shed a lot. Out of all of my Italian Badger brushes, this one shed the most. Now that it's dried and ready to use, I notice that there are a lot of stray hairs sticking out on the sides. However, these are minor flaws that I can overlook given the price and quality of the Italian Badger brushes. I can't compare it to the 217 since I don't own one but it does the job. Overall, I'm pleased with this brush mainly because it doesn't feel prickly when I use it on my eye. There was no odor. The price is great. I love the softness of the bristles and the sleek handle. It's a good buy. I just wish it was slightly more dense. | |
