Ultramarine blue pigment. Matte blue powder, it is cosmetic grade, safe for use on eyes, face, nails. Used in foundation blends for adding hue, eyeshadows. It is non-bleeding and safe for use in soaps. This has been de-sulfinated, there is no sulfer odor like you find in some ultramarine blues.
