Ultramarine blue pigment. Matte blue powder, it is cosmetic grade, safe for use on eyes, face, nails. Used in foundation blends for adding hue, eyeshadows. It is non-bleeding and safe for use in soaps. This has been de-sulfinated, there is no sulfer odor like you find in some ultramarine blues.

| I just cannot believe how blue this is! It looks EXACTLY like the picture shown. And it has absolutely wonderful color payoff. Just using this as an eyeshadow works great! It could go on, and stay on, a little bit more evenly, but overall it is a great color. | |
