| this is truely an essential for those that want to make a mineral makeup foundation. Makes it more opaque, and offers sun protection, which are two things that i need the most. When i went about making a foundation specificly water-proof i individually tested all of my typical ingredients with a run under water. Titanium dioxide was the only one that repelled the water and kept it's same color. Using alot of titanium dioxide could pose a problem in a foundation for dark skin, because it tends to make the foundation quite white when used in large quantities. | |
