Q: Can I get the tracking information for my order?
A: Tracking information will automatically be sent  – if you have not received it and your order has been shipped, please check your spam folder. International first class orders do not have any tracking information.

Q: Do you ship international – and how much is shipping?
A: We ship world wide. Shipping will be calculated on checkout, after you enter the address, before payment. If you need insurance, you have to choose FedEx.

Q: The tracking number only says that USPS was electronically notified, where is my order, did you ship it?
A: since USPS does not offer an actual tracking system it will not update on the website until it is scanned as delivered. Please notify us if it has not been received in 10 business days and we will re ship another to you a.s.a.p. International customers please contact us after 42 business days due to possible customs delay.
 
Q: i sent payment by echeck, why hasn’t my order shipped yet?
A: your echeck probably has not cleared yet. Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days after your echeck clearing with paypal.
 
Q: I paid for priority, why did you ship two days after i paid?
A: It may take 2-3 days for us to process your order, once processed it will ship the way you have chosen.

Q: One of the items is out of stock, when will it back in stock?
A: We will specify the ETA (estimated time of arrival) if we have one. If there is no ETA specified then we do not have a date when to expect it.

Q: I got charged two or even more times on my credit card, how come?
A: If you enter a different billing address than your credit card company has on file, your transaction will get authorized by your bank, but declined by our merchant. This authorization will show for several days as pending but will never get completed and will be released by your bank after a few days (time frame is different for each bank).

Q: What is your return policy?

A:Can I return items I do not like
Due to the nature of bath & beauty products, there are no returns on these items including vegetable oils, nut oils, butters, fragrance, essential oils, all powders & minerals, Makeup Palettes, Gel liners and Skin Care Products. We cannot guarantee the purity once it has left our facility and has been returned, thus it cannot be resold. Special care is taken to ensure your products will arrive to you in good condition.

When purchasing skin care products, we do advise you read all the information on usage, how to get the proper results from your products and ingredients. All of this information is available on our web page prior to purchasing. All ingredients are listed in each category.

False or Broken Items
Should something be wrong with your order please contact us within 24 hours of receiving purchase so that we can help. If a return is needed and is authorized by us, we will give you an RMA number to return the item, only damaged items can be returned.
Unauthorized returns will be discarded and credits will NOT be issued.

Q: What if my package is stopped by customs?/ What is this extra fee I received. (International Orders)

A: Customs & Taxes
On international orders, the country of destination might charge an extra fee for delivery. This has nothing to do with the postage paid at the time an order is placed. You can check with your local post office if there is an additional charge and how much it might be. If you fail to pay those charges, your package will be returned to us and we will only refund for the products less 20% restocking fee less additional postage that we get charged for sending it back to us. We do have to declare all order as merchandise with the correct description and value, we will not declare your order as gift or with a lower value since this would be against existing laws.
