Pricelist – Catalogue
We do not offer printed price lists or catalogues, as all of our products and their prices are online for your convenience.
How to place an order
All orders must be placed on our website only. Please do not call in to place orders. This ensures a proper invoice and billing for you and our records.
To place your order, you will need to add all desired products to your 'Shopping Bag.' Once you have done this, you may select the 'Checkout' button. Please fill-in all required fields, select your shipping method, and enter your payment via credit card or PayPal. You may also select the Offline Payment option, which allows you to telephone or mail-in your payment. If your Offline Order has not been paid within 30 days of placing the order, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Cancellations and Returns
Once an order has been put into process, it can not be edited, changed, or cancelled.
Coastal Scents wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your products, you may return them within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. The original shipping fee is not refundable. Coastal Scents cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit, and shipping costs will be your responsibility. Please note the products must be returned with a copy of the invoice, in the appropriate packaging and without further damage. You may ship any items you wish to return to the address below:

We encourage you to use a shipping method that will allow for you to insure and track your package. All returns are processed within 24-48 business hours of being received in the warehouse. The Help Desk at Coastal Scents will send you a confirmation email once the items have been received and the return has been credited.
Coastal Scents Combo Sets, Kits and Collections are sold as is and offered at a reduced price. We do not offer refunds for partial sets returned. If we receive a partial return the item will be discarded and a refund will not be issued.
Coastal Scents will not issue a refund for an item returned after 30 days from the purchase date. If the item has been received after the 30 days, the item will be discarded.
When purchasing skin care products, we do advise you to read all the information on usage, how to get the proper results from your products and ingredients. All of this information is available on our website prior to purchasing.
Additional information for International Returns: You will be responsible for any shipping charges, duties, taxes and tariffs due to the return. Please note there may be additional delays in the return due to Customs Clearance.
If Reward Points were utilized during Checkout, your refund will be issued in the form of Reward Points. Once the total number of Reward Points used to place the order has been applied, any remaining refund balance will be issued in US Dollars to the original method of payment.
Credit Card and PayPal refunds may only be issued to the original card and/or account used. These refunds may take up to three billing cycles to post and may differ per bank and/or Credit Card Company. PayPal credits may take up to 30 days in accordance with PayPal crediting policies.
Orders paid via Money Orders or Bank Cashiers Checks will receive a store credit as we do not offer cash and/or check refunds.
Coastal Scents reserves the sole right to determine whether items qualify for a return, credit, or refund. Only products purchased directly from Coastal Scents are eligible for consideration. Products that are not eligible for return will not be returned to sender and will not be eligible for credit and will be discarded.
False, Missing or Broken Items
If something should be damaged or missing from your order, we ask that you contact Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving your purchase to assist you with a resolution. We do not offer exchanges of any products.
Adding Products to an existing order
We cannot add or change an order once it has been put into process. Please verify your order carefully before submitting.
Out of Stock items
If an item is currently out of stock, it cannot be purchased, back-ordered or pre-ordered. We strive to keep products in stock at all times. However, should an item be out of stock, we will post pertinent information on the product page to keep you updated on its status.
Sales and Discounts
We offer sales on a regular basis. You may subscribe to our Newsletter or periodically view our website for these sales. All prices are set at a fair and reasonable resale value. Sale pricing is only available upon announcement; all orders placed prior to an announcement will not receive the discount. Coupon codes are not valid on sale products unless otherwise specified. Sales may end at anytime, without prior notification, dependent upon product availability. This may include, but is not limited to, Limited Edition Sets and other products on sale. No rain checks are available on any sales.
How can I pay?
We offer the following payment options in US Dollars only:

* Money Order (within USA only)
* Cashier’s Checks (within USA only)
* E-Checks (may take 4-10 business days to clear; orders ship once payment clears)
We do not offer payment by wire transfer for any order under $1,000. However, all orders of $2,000 or more are required to pay by wire transfer.
Is it safe to pay on the website using a credit card?
In the time of credit card fraud and identity theft, we are very aware many individuals are afraid of using their credit cards online. Therefore, we have the highest security standards:
* Our web servers are of the highest safety and security; we do not have access to your full credit card number.
* We do not store credit card information except for the last four digits and the expiration date.
* This ensures that even if hackers invaded our servers, they would not be able to make any unauthorized charges.
* All payment information is 1024 bit SSL encrypted.
However, if you do not feel comfortable paying online, you may select the Offline Payment option on the Payment Page and call Customer Service to pay by credit card or send a bank check or money order. If your Offline Order has not been paid for within 30 days of placing the order, the order will be automatically cancelled.

We Ship Worldwide
Wherever you are, we will ship to you. After you enter your shipping address, before payment, you will see all shipping costs pertaining to your order. Only FedEx shipments are insured; if USPS is selected there will be no insurance unless otherwise requested. We are not responsible for customs' duties and taxes that may be charged on international orders.
The country of destination may charge duty/tax fees; if you are unsure about your laws and regulations please contact your local postal service prior to purchasing.
International FedEx shipments are subject to a brokerage fee to be paid upon delivery. We do not recommend selecting FedEx for international shipments to Brazil, Mexico, Spain, or Portugal due to the high customs clearance fees involved.
European laws require that all applicable Taxes (VAT), and customs clearance fees, must be paid for shipments entering the country of destination. For example, if an order has a total value of £18 or more, it will attract VAT at the actual rate and the International Handling Fee by your local postal carriers of £8.
Deliveries to Spain
Spanish Customs Authorities are very restrictive as to the import of makeup products from the United States, especially on our finished makeup palettes. Therefore, they may stop your order and return it to Coastal Scents. Our recommendation is to limit your order to Spain to one finished makeup palette only or to place your order with one of our resellers in Spain, thus avoiding problems with Spain's Customs Rules and Tax Regulations:

If your package is refused or returned to Coastal Scents, we will contact you via email regarding your order. If you choose to receive a refund, we will only refund the product purchase price, as we are charged for the return. In order to have your package reshipped, you will be required to pay a reshipment fee.

Spain and Mexico Customs Authorities are very restrictive as to the import of makeup products from the United States. Therefore, we do not provide Federal Express shipping methods.
Depending upon the destination, international orders can have a delay in customs. This is not uncommon and packages may be delayed up to 4 weeks on top of the regular delivery time. We understand that delays can be annoying, however, your patience is appreciated.
Customs & Taxes
On international orders, the country of destination may charge extra fees for delivery. These fees have nothing to do with the postage paid at the time your order is placed. You may check with your local government/customs agency for information on additional charges. If you fail to pay the charges, or your package is refused, or returned by your local customs/postal service, your package will be returned to Coastal Scents. Once we receive the package we will only refund the product price, as we are charged for the return. Also, we must declare all orders as merchandise with the correct description and value. Therefore, we will not declare your order as a gift or with a lower value since this would be against existing laws.
We will provide you with the shipping information and tracking numbers via email once your order has been shipped.
You may check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account on our website.
We ship five days a week (Monday thru Friday) for domestic and international packages. Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 to 72 business hours after payment is received. However, during the holidays, post office holidays, company close downs, and weekend sales there will be a delay in shipping time. Overnight, 2nd day, and Express orders placed after 2:00 PM ET in the US will ship the following business day. FedEx service does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. There may be additional delays if there is a sale, new products launched, or the volume of orders is higher than usual.
Shipping costs are calculated online by weight and destination of each package. Once you select Checkout and enter your address information, you will see the available shipping methods and their individual associated fees.
To make shipping more affordable for our customers, we offer special, reduced rates on FedEx shipments. Orders of $50.00 or more shipped within the Continental USA are eligible for free shipping upon checkout, of which Coastal Scents will determine the method. (This excludes shipments to P.O. Boxes, APO, Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Resale Accounts.) There is no additional handling fee.
While Coastal Scents tries to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your computer's monitor/resolution and may not be accurate.
We respect your privacy!
Coastal Scents collects personal information when you subscribe to our Newsletter, create an account, and when you make a purchase. However, we do not sell, rent, or share any personal information that you have provided to us with individuals or companies. All information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential.
We do not store your credit card information on our server and/or keep credit cards on file. Therefore, if you reorder, you will be asked for your credit card information again. Although some websites do offer express checkout and save your credit card information to your account, we chose not to offer this option to provide our customers with the best protection and security possible.
To be able to access your account, you must enter your email address and password. This is to establish your personal identity and respond with relevant account information. If there is a problem with your order, we may use your name, email address, or phone number to contact you.
We may need to disclose user information in certain exceptional circumstances. This may be needed to protect against illegal hackers, our legal rights, or to address actual/threatened illegal or harmful conduct. Disclosure may also be required by legal process, such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order.
You can access and manage your account information at any time once logged into our website. Certain information, such as name or address, can be updated or corrected.
Please note that in order to provide better functionality to our users, Coastalscents.com employs cookies, which are used to maintain your shopping cart status. Our credit card and payment processors may also collect information from you in order to be able to process your payments.
