i ordered this Shea Butter from Coastal Scents after reading other reviews and being wary of butters that appear to be something else. After doing much research the general idea seems to be that real Shea Butter is NOT bright yellow. I don't know what the beauty stores are selling but I WILL not put that on my skin. This Shea Butter works like a charm, has little to no scent and doesn't irritate my skin. My skin is softer, smoother and overall the product is great. (Posted on March 16, 2012)

i love this so much, i seen the video review and had to order it. My daughter has eczema and i apply it on her daily. I've been natural for over 2 yrs and i have made my own mix of oils including sheabutta as a hair moisterizer. only thing is, since its pure shea, the smell. but other than that I LOVE THIS!!!! i also got the black soap too...liquid (Posted on March 7, 2012)

I recently ordered unrefined shea butter from a different online seller and was very disappointed with the quality, as i was expecting it to be similar to the shea butter I'd gotten from Coastal Scents a few months back. The unrefined shea butter from Coastal Scents is solid, but soft and smooth. The other stuff was poorly packaged (not sealed to remove air), grainy, and seemed to have dark spots that were possibly mold. It is going back and I will be ordering from Coastal Scents again (probably today!). Do yourself a favor and buy this here!!! (Posted on February 29, 2012)

This is my second time ordering this product and just as one year ago I am satisfied. I use this product as main ingredient for hair butter for my natural hair. In addition, i "whip" a small batch mixed with carrier oils to use as body butter. Must have multiuse shea butter. (Posted on February 25, 2012)

I use shea butter for everything. It works awesome to create wavy beach hair. When I get out of the shower, I comb my hair and "scrunch" some shea butter into my hair. After it air drys my hair is so pretty and wavy! Only use a little bit though! I also use it for my boyfriends rough man hands once a night and they are getting softer and softer each day. Shea butter feels amazing on the skin and it's great for massages! (Posted on February 20, 2012)
