As we have our own production within the US as well as overseas, we have direct control over quality, safety, and production cost of our products. Keeping our overhead low and not spending money on printed materials or retail locations; we are able to offer lower prices than other cosmetic companies.

The suppliers of products that we do not manufacture ourselves are carefully chosen and work very closely with Coastal Scents. One of these manufacturers is Sekaf LLC, the founder and creator of the Shea Butter Village in Ghana, Africa. With more than 500 employees, they manufacture the best quality unrefined Shea Butter, Black Soap, Cocoa Butter and other natural products. By following the rules of fair trade and Coastal Scents is not under pricing, the living standard of the employees of Sekaf LLC has greatly improved.

We strive to provide work and a better life for our suppliers, manufacturers, and our own employees, while offering our customers the best quality products at affordable prices.

Should we come across a product of quality at a bargain price we will pass the savings on to you. We are rapidly expanding our product base each year, as well as purchasing in bulk when possible to provide the most cost effective prices for your project needs. Coastal Scents is a cruelty-free brand and only supports suppliers that are as well. We strive to create products that meet both consumers’ needs and consumer safety, while respecting animals’ lives. Therefore, none of our cosmetic products are tested or used to cause harm to any animal.
