Cancellations and Returns

All cancellations must be received by calling our Customer Service line :

Orders may only be cancelled if the status is pending and the order has not been processedwithout any additional fees or penalties. Unpaid offline orders may be cancelled anytime without further charges. However, as we receive thousands of orders daily, we cannot cancel orders that are in process to be shipped.

Coastal Scents wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, if you are not, you may return an item within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the product purchase price only. Please note the customer is responsible for shipping the products back as well as all shipping charges.

Credit card refunds may only be issued to the original card used. These refunds may take up to three billing cycles to post and may differ per bank and/or Credit Card Company.

Money Orders or Bank Checks cannot be refunded. Therefore, we will issue a store credit or a refund via PayPal, if you have an active account.



False, Missing, or Broken Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the box or envelope for any damages that may have occurred during shipment. Should something be damaged or missing from your order, we ask that you contact Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving your purchase to come up with a solution. We do not offer exchanges of any products.
