All of the brushes I
All of the brushes I have purchased are great. They are soft and such a great value.
Excellent for concealer!
I'll agree it's not pointed at all, definitely found and very fkuffy. I couldn't find a use for it ,but one day tried it for concealer and now use it everyday. Flat concealer brushes don't work for me and this one effortlessly applies my favorite concealer CS BRIGHT EYES! It does shed a few hairs every coupleof uses, but nothing a little flick of the hand doesn't brush away..no problem. Glad I finally found a good concealer brush AND concealer thanks to coastal scents!
Not pointed - Mine is round
LOVE this brush, but the one I got is nothing like the picture. That actually looks like the shape of the Elite synthetic version. That said, mine is rounded and fluffy. The hairs are course which is the major draw back, it is pokey around the eye area and that really isn't fun, but it make an excellent blender after all my eye product is applied. I have a tendency to get caught up in the pretty color of the moment and forget I am going to WORK IN AN OFFICE, this brush saves me and blends down the intensity quickly. I recommend you have in your line up as well, but don't think of it as a shadow adding brush, this is for me, all about the take away of product over application.
I might have gotten a dud, but it hasn't stopped shedding since I got it. I've washed it and everything and it keeps shedding. [Another brand's] brushes cost less and never shed.
This brush is "alright".
This brush is what I'd consider "alright". I've had it for about a week, and since I'm a germaphobe, I've washed it 4 times since I've gotten it. It's a fantastic brush for applying color all over the lid because it is so huge and fluffy - I find that it's also good for defined contouring! I've also already used it for setting my undereye concealer. It's extremely soft and has multiple uses; it just sheds SO. MUCH. Even when I'm simply applying eyeshadow to my lid. I find I have to wipe off excess hairs that fall onto my cheek when using this brush. Would I buy it again? Absolutely. Is it worth the price? Absolutely. You just have to keep in mind that you get what you pay for! We'll see if I see a decrease in fluffiness in months to come.
