I find White Silver to be buttery-smooth and generously pigmented (contrary to the description, it is NOT “sheer!”), but don't even go near it unless you're ready for some serious shine! White Silver is a bright metallic true very light silver, with no blue or yellow tendencies. Used with a light hand, a fluffy brush, and an abundance of caution, White Silver can make a pretty, ethereal-looking highlight when used with true grey shadows, if you like and can wear very cool looks. It blends readily (fortunately!) and lasts well over a good primer. White Silver is a good shadow, if you want a bright, no-doubt-about-it metallic very light silver. I'm so intimidated that I don't reach for it that often, but I'm glad to have it in my collection.
I didn't know what to expect with this color, but it surprised me. Great for highlight on the brow bone and in corners of eyes.
I'm always a little bit nervous buying eyeshadows online, and I make sure to read the reviews as thoroughly and critically as I can. The White Silver hot pot is absolutely beautiful. It's really smooth and blends super well. I wouldn't call it particularly opaque, but it's advertised as being sheer, so I wouldn't expect it to be but it carries enough pigment to be very noticeable when applied without blending. I like to use this shade to highlight my inner corner or as a highlighter when I want a particularly Frosty look. I have a warm/neutral skin tone and am on the paler side, but I'm not paper white, and if I don't blend this when used as a highlighter it DOES look like I have white streaks on my face LOL. When applied lightly, it gives you a lovely bright sparkle without looking like chunky glitter.
I got this shade in the "Winterberry" palette. It's beautiful, wonderful for the inner corner, I've even used it as a highlighter.
The best creamy, iridescent highlight shade for all my looks! The touch of silver makes it extra magical. Always love shopping here and creating custom palettes.
Really pretty for inner corner highlight!
This color is pretty! It doesn't seem sheer to me though, it's fairly opaque when used with a primer. I like that it's a white silvery color like the name suggests. It's perfect for an inner highlight color especially for winter looks.
Such a beautiful shimmery shade. Really good quality for the price.
I got this in the winterberry palette. Sadly i dropped it and it was the one shade that broke. It was my fave shade. I continued to use it after i dropped it until i could'nt use it anymore. I placed an order specifically because of this shade. Strongly reccomend.
