All our products will be sent out by our general warehouse in China.
Most orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Processing times may be extended during holidays and promotions. Coastal Scents reserves right to delay shipment or cancel any suspected fraud or activity.
We are NOT responsible for customer's incorrect input of information including Name, shipping address, etc. If the package is returned to us, we can send it out again, however if it is lost or stolen we will not be held responsible for it.
